Shipping Policy

 

Important: All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. As we ship internationally to reach you, please review the shipping times and customs information below.

1) Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Holidays: Orders are not processed on weekends or South Korean public holidays.

How to view shipping cost:

Place items in your cart, enter your country and postcode, and the shipping cost will auto-calculate at checkout.

Standard shipping may not be available in all regions.

3) International Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
  • North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
  • Europe: UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Denmark
  • Asia: South Korea, China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India
  • Middle East: UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye
  • Africa: Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Namibia
  • Other: Brazil, Russia

4) Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since we ship from South Korea, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST) once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Customer Responsibility: Daeskin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.
  • USA Orders: Standard delivery usually includes duties. Express delivery does not include duties (Prepayment required).

5) Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please use the tracking number provided to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

6) Issues with Delivery

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. However, please also notify us at hello@daeskin.com.au so we can assist you where possible.

7) Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact hello@daeskin.com.au immediately.
