Returns & Refunds

At Daeskin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy for eligible products, starting from the day you receive your order.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unworn: The product must be in its original, unused condition.

  • Tags & Packaging Intact: The item must be unopened, with all seals intact (if applicable).

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Accompanying Documentation: Manuals, warranty cards, or any other original documents must be included (where applicable).

Items Not Accepted for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Damaged or Used Products: Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to misuse, negligence, or tampering.

  • Altered Items: Any product that has been altered or resized after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@daeskin.com.au. Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@daeskin.com.au. We’ll resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Skincare & Beauty Products: If opened or used.

  • Sale Items: Products marked as sale or clearance.

  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please complete the return process first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
