We ship authentic Korean beauty products directly from Korea to customers across the United States using trusted international delivery partners. Whether you’re ordering a single item or multiple products, we offer flexible shipping options designed to meet your budget, timeframe, and parcel size.
Important U.S. Shipping Notice
Due to recent U.S. customs policy changes, only Standard and Express shipping options are currently offered.

All U.S. shipments (Standard & Express) proceed under the DDU method (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and customs duties upon delivery.

For Express shipments, customers may request a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option, where taxes are prepaid by us. This service includes an additional $25 handling fee. Please contact us before checkout if you prefer this option.

We currently provide Standard (7–14 days) and Express (3–5 days) shipping methods. Rates are calculated based on total parcel weight at checkout:

Shipping Method Details
Standard Shipping (7–14 Days)
- Available up to 5 kg.
- Affordable option for smaller orders.
- Basic tracking may activate only once your parcel enters the U.S.
- Handled by Korea Post (outbound) and USPS (inbound).
Express Shipping (3–5 Days)
- Available up to 5 kg.
- Fastest option with full tracking.
- Includes priority handling and express customs clearance.
- Recommended for urgent orders, high-value items, or food-related products.
- Ships DDU by default, with optional DDP ($25 service fee).
Shipping Terms & Conditions
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delays may occur during Korean public holidays, sales events, or operational disruptions.
- Express orders are prioritised.
Delivery Timeline
- Timelines begin after departure from Seoul, Korea.
- Parcels pass through international transit and U.S. customs clearance.
- Final delivery is completed by USPS or other local couriers.
- Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Tracking
- Tracking numbers will be emailed once your parcel ships.
- Updates may take up to 48 hours after dispatch.
Large / Bulk Orders
- Orders exceeding 5 kg require a custom quote for the most efficient and cost-effective shipping solution.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are calculated after discounts. If discounts reduce your order below a shipping tier, your shipping option may change.
- We currently do not offer free shipping due to international costs, but keep rates competitive.
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes, unless choosing Express DDP.
