We ship authentic Korean beauty products directly from Korea to customers across New Zealand using trusted international delivery partners. Whether you’re purchasing a single product or making a larger order, we offer flexible shipping options designed to suit your timeframe, budget, and parcel size.

Our shipping options vary by speed and parcel weight. All shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight at checkout.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer three shipping methods tailored to your needs:

• Standard Shipping – Affordable and suitable for lightweight parcels
  
• Express Shipping – A faster option for medium-sized orders
  
• Platinum Shipping – Our fastest delivery option with premium processing
  

Below is a breakdown of rates by shipping method and parcel weight:

Note:

Standard Shipping is only available for parcels up to 2 kg.

For parcels over 2 kg, only Express and Platinum options are available.

Shipping Method Details

Standard Shipping (7–14 Days)

• Best for small, lightweight orders under 2 kg
  
• The most affordable shipping option
  
• Basic tracking may only activate once the parcel arrives in New Zealand
  
• Handled by Korea Post (outbound) and New Zealand Post (inbound)
  

Express Shipping (5–7 Days)

• Recommended for medium-sized orders or if you need faster delivery
  
• Fully trackable with updates from departure to delivery
  
• Available for parcels up to 5 kg
  
• Cost-effective balance between delivery time and price
  

Platinum Shipping (2–5 Days)

• Fastest and most premium service
  
• Includes priority handling, fastest dispatch, and express customs processing
  
• Best for urgent or high-value orders
  
• Includes full tracking from Korea to your address
  
• Available for parcels up to 5 kg
  

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during:

• Korean public holidays
  
• Sales and promotional events
  
• Periods of high order volume
  
• Extreme weather or other operational delays
  

Orders with Platinum or Express Shipping are prioritised during processing. Standard Shipping orders are packed and dispatched after premium orders are fulfilled.

Delivery Timeline
Delivery timeframes start once your parcel departs the airport in Seoul, Korea, not from the order date. After departing Korea, the parcel goes through international transit and customs clearance in New Zealand. Local delivery is completed by New Zealand carriers (e.g., NZ Post). Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet expected delivery times, delays may occur due to:

• Seasonal demand (e.g., holidays, sales)
  
• Customs processing
  
• Flight delays or route disruptions
  
• Weather conditions or natural events
  
• Operational issues with postal or courier services
  

We monitor shipments closely and work with logistics partners to minimise delays.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your parcel using the provided link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Large or Bulk Orders

If your total order weight exceeds 5 kg, we can still ship your items. Please contact us directly at hello@daeskin.com.au. We’ll provide a custom shipping quote based on actual parcel weight, dimensions, and delivery requirements. This ensures you receive the most efficient and cost-effective shipping option available.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees are calculated after discounts are applied. If your total drops below the minimum for a shipping tier due to promo or discount codes, your shipping method may adjust accordingly.
  
• We do not currently offer free shipping due to international transit costs but work hard to keep rates competitive.
