Platinum Shipping (2–5 Days)

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Express and Platinum orders are prioritised during busy periods.

Processing time may be extended during Korean public holidays, major sales events, or supply chain delays.
Delivery Timeline

The delivery period starts after your parcel leaves the airport in Seoul.

All parcels go through customs clearance in China.

Final delivery is made via a local courier (e.g., China Post, SF Express, etc.).

Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays.
Delivery Delays
While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to:
